To meet the growing demand for information more easily, Barry Callebaut has concentrated all of our knowledge into research centers: the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academies. In these centers of scientific research, know-how and information exchange, we share our knowledge and experience through seminars, demonstrations, theoretical courses and practical workshops with the industrial and artisanal processors of cocoa and chocolate.

Right now, the group has 12 fully integrated Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academies, spread around the world. With the infrastructure of this Academies we can cater to each and every question on cocoa, chocolate and the technical aspects involved.
